Strike alert: Air France
Posted by: Laura MacNeil, Wednesday, Oct 24, 2007, 2:16 PM

Flight crews for Air France may be striking—or disrupting flight schedules—between now and next Monday. This will affect flights within France and Europe, but not transatlantic flights. Check AirFrance.com for the latest.

According to the airline:

Passengers will be able to change their flight at no extra cost, irrespective of the fare paid:

- to another Air France flight;
- to another destination, in which case the value of the ticket used will be deducted from the fare for the new trip chosen;
- to a flight with another airline, in which case the unused Air France ticket will be refunded;
- to French Railways (SNCF) services in Metropolitan France and Europe, in which case any difference in fares between the Air France and SNCF tickets is refunded.
