Early web-based flight check-in - from the comfort and convenience of your own desktop, laptop or related PDA device. Also, 10 years is pretty much the history of the internet as most people know it - anything travel related and web-based is awesome!

Something that I always take with me on an extended trip is a folding bag, that can be unfolded to use as a shopping bag during the trip, and later can be used to carry home all those extra things one tends to buy and can't fit in your regular suitcase. I just bought a wonderful new one from REI that has mesh pockets on the outside and is made of rip-stop nylon.

I would have to say EZ Pass, instead of having to stop and pay tolls, I can just roll right through the toll booth without even stopping. Saves time and digging for change!

Personal t.v. & radio in the seat back infront of you on flights. I'm a Jetblue-aholic and having my own personal t.v. with movies and radio stations to kill what used to be painful boredom is the best. Nothing was quite as bad as seeing that a good movie was playing on a flight only to discover I was 48 rows behind the screen that was showing it and every 8 foot NBA player was sitting infront of me. Time flies by now with movies, t.v. and dozens of radio stations to listen to. Not to mention I can catch alot of my usual t.v. shows while in the air as well.

I also completely agree with the folded extra bag. I always have an expandable bag packed away for great flea market finds, day trips to the beach or souvenirs.
