The CNN article about trips for teens reminded me of a great article I have bookmarked on WeJustGotBack.com called How to Raise a Travel Bug. If you have grammar-school-age kids, this article has a ton of great ideas about how to build interest in destinations before you go. My favorites are visiting the webcams at zoos (great for gleaning animal trivia before a visit) and visiting Howstuffworks.com to discuss how an airplane stays in the sky, or why highways are numbered the way they are. A wonderful article that I keep going back to!
