I already wrote CNN about how disappointed I was that they didn't broadcast the whole welcome home party for "Sully"..When good news and a miracle happen, it should be acknowledged more than that.. We always have to hear about who shot who and all that kind of stuff in full.. They might be stories, but those same stories are in every city. I like to hear about positive things.. In fact, that's why we don't listen to much news at all..Same old crap. No wonder there is so much upheaval in the world.

Ramona Groff is absolutely right! Very often, those who do bad things do them to get attention. Any mother knows this. So, we ought to stop giving attention to those who do bad things and give lots of recognition to those who do good things--both in private and in public. Eventually, people will get the idea that they have to do good things or they won't be recognized.
