Save/ShareSouthwest Airlines flight attendant David Holmes has become an Internet hit thanks to travelers posting cell-phone camera videos of his performances—and then CNN caught on to the story.
Holmes has turned the pre-flight boarding announcement into a rap song. It's one of three different rhymes he does, depending on the flight. But he promises not to do this on a 6 a.m. flight.
User reviews and comments that include profanity or personal attacks or other inappropriate comments or material will be removed from the site. I fly SWA 2-3 times each month and this is one of the reasons --- people love their jobs and treat the customers like people, not as numbers. Great airline.

One of the many reasons for flying SWA is flight attendants like this one. You actually GET your frequent flyer trips, you can change plans without having to sell the farm (or mortgage your kids), and you don't pay for bags. There are many more reasons to love this airline--its on-time record, how few bags it loses, etc, etc. I've given up flying any other airline unless I'm going overseas. And I don't work for them!
