Posted by: Sean O'Neill, Tuesday, Apr 21, 2009, 11:12 AM

More than 100 companies have teamed up to offer discounts on hotel rooms, attractions, museum admission fees, Broadway shows, sports events, and restaurants. Visit nycgo.com/realdeal through June 30 to find promo codes you can mention to receive "buy one, get the second one half off" discounts.

Sample deals include Whitney Museum of Art, which offers a half-priced ticket if you buy one full-priced ticket ($15, for admission Wed.–Sun. only, Promo code: NYCES09) and the New York City Ballet (at Lincoln Center), which sells a half-priced ticket if you buy a full-priced one (starting at about $35, valid for Fri. and Sat. 8 p.m. performances only, Promo code: NYCES09).

Through the Travelocity widget housed on nycgo.com, you can also book hotel stays for the same offer at 26 participating hotels (book through May 30, travel by June 30).
