Spas on sale!
Posted by: Alison Rohrs, Thursday, Aug 27, 2009, 10:04 AM

This fall, more than 750 spas in 35 cities across North America are participating in Spa Week. You can now reserve appointments for select treatments—hour-long Swedish massages, laser hair removal, even Botox injections—for a flat $50 per treatment rate via spaweek.com. Book early because the spas fill up!

The savings can be fantastic. For example, at Vida Emanuel in Beverly Hills, a microdermabrasion facial that would ordinarily be $225 costs only $50 if you reserve soon through spaweek.com. Booking options are posted now for the first week of September 14 to 20 in Arizona, Chicago, L.A., Las Vegas, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.

The second round of discounts (for Atlanta, Austin, Connecticut, Dallas, D.C., Denver, Detroit, Florida, Houston, Baltimore, Boston, Minnesota, Nashville, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Antonio, Toronto, and Virginia Beach) goes live on September 11 for treatments bookable between October 12 and 18.

For pampering discounts abroad, check out the site's revamped Travel by Spa Week tab, where you can sort vacation packages by region, getaway type, activities, and treatments. The site teamed up with Travelocity this year to help you find and book corresponding hotels and flights for each deal.
