Naomi Lindt
Naomi Lindt In this photo, I was…Visiting a remote local market in the northernmost region of Vietnam, near the town of Ha Giang. The men wearing berets are Hmong; the hats are a carry-over from the French (the Hmong fought with the colonists against the Vietnamese). I guess it's pretty obvious my presence there didn't go unnoticed.

My favorite cup of coffee is…A koffie verkeerd at Het Molenpad, in Amsterdam
My most-prized passport stamp is…Thailand, because it took a harrowing 15-hour bus ride through Cambodia to earn it
My favorite travel-inspiring book is…Like Water for Chocolate
